Archives, local studies centres, museums, and heritage organisations — anyone with a catalogue they want to make more accessible to the public.
We work with any catalogue that has a web interface. The ingestion process is adaptable, and we're constantly adding new systems to our list.
No. Delve sits alongside your current systems as a public-facing layer. Your staff continue using whatever tools they use today. Nothing changes internally.
For most collections we can have a working demo live within 48 hours, and a fully configured public site ready within a week. The main variable is the size of your catalogue.
We use vector embeddings to index your catalogue records. When a visitor searches, we match on meaning rather than exact keywords — so a search for 'old photographs of the high street' finds relevant results even if those words don't appear in the catalogue description.
We're keeping things simple — get in touch and we'll talk through what makes sense for your organisation. There's no commitment and no hard sell.
Yes. Each Delve instance is branded to the host organisation — your name, colours, logo, and domain. It looks and feels like your site.
Each organisation gets its own isolated database. We only ingest data that's already publicly available in your catalogue. We don't store personal data about your visitors beyond basic anonymised analytics.
